STEP 3 - Contractor Licences/Certificates & Safe Work Agreement

You may be asked to upload certain certificates and/or licences etc to certain tables, the tables are listed below

  • Licences
  • Insurance
  • External Qualifications/Certificates

To upload a document to any of the tables just click the + icon, if uploading a licence it will display the image below

You can assign several items to the entry as displayed above, your client also has the ability to confirm if the details entered are correct & valid after you save it.

  • Licence Type (Setting licence type is important)
  • Description
  • Licence Number
  • Valid From
  • Date Expired

Default Site Documents

On the dashboard, you can see the red "SafeWork Agreement" button, this will go green after a signed SWA has been uploaded. You can download the SafeWork Agreement from the Menu item "Default Site Documents" you will see the submenu "Default Contractor Documents" if your client has a SWA to sign it will be listed there. Your client will be able to download the uploaded SWA if required.

Below is how to upload your Safe Work Agreement, by clicking the Red "SafeWork Agreement" button will show the details below

Uploading a SafeWork Agreement

Uploading a Signed SafeWork Agreement, you are required to enter a title and expiry date.

Don't forget to upload the signed document PDF, your client will be able to review the document afterwards, if there are any incorrect details you will be asked to update these as required.

The system lets you upload more than one SafeWork Agreement depending on your company setup.
