Training Reporting

Use Training on the Single Site Reporting page to review online training courses for your site: how many courses are available or assigned, pass and fail rates, completions, outstanding users, and the quiz questions staff fail most often.

The report page title is Competency Training. That is different from Verification of Competency, which is used for competency inspections and the competency matrix. See Competency Reporting.

For all 12 report types, see Site Wide Reporting.

Note: Single Site Reporting is available to Managers and above, including Line Managers.

Open the Training report

  1. Log in to the ComplianceTrackr desktop portal.
  2. In the left menu, open Reporting Dashboard.
  3. Select Single Site Reporting.
  4. On the Single Site Reports screen, select Training.

Summary cards

The top of the page has four cards.

  • Course Numbers — use the dropdown to switch between Total Courses Available and Total Courses Assigned.
  • Courses Passed — how many course attempts have been passed. Use the course dropdown on this card to focus on one course.
  • Assigned Courses Passed — the pass rate for assigned courses, as a percentage.
  • Fail Rate — the fail rate for the selected course, as a percentage. Use the course dropdown on this card to change course.

If a card shows 0 or 0%, no results match the selected course. Choose another course, or check that the course has been assigned and completed.

Course Names list

The Course Names table lists every training course on the site. Columns include:

  • Detail — opens Course Details for people who have attempted the course
  • Course Names
  • Date Course Assigned
  • Outstanding Course — opens the outstanding list and reminder options
  • Course Assigned By
  • Course Updated
  • Total Users Assigned
  • Total Passed Users — shown as passed out of assigned, for example 2/53
  • Total Users Outstanding — shown as outstanding out of assigned
  • Percentage Passed
  • Details — expand this row if someone completed the course at another site

Use search and the page numbers to move through the list.

Course Details

The Course Details window lists each attempt. Columns include user name, course name, total questions, percentage, time spent, status, date and time, and action.

From Action you can download a course certificate where one is available.

Outstanding Course

The Outstanding Course window shows who is still assigned and their status:

  • Passed
  • Failed
  • Not Attempted

The header shows how many users are assigned and what percentage have completed the course.

Select Send Reminder to email users who have not passed. A reminder can be sent once per day. If one has already been sent, the page shows Reminder already sent today. Try again tomorrow. or Reminder already sent. You can send again after 24 hours.

Completed at another site

If the expand button is available, it lists users who completed the same course at another site, with score and date.

Completions charts

Use Select your course and Select your Year to load the completions charts.

One chart is titled Courses Completions/Based on the Course Data. The vertical axis is Number of Attempts.

Another chart shows completions over the last 12 months, with the vertical axis Number of Users.

If a chart is empty, change the year or course. Completions only appear where staff have attempted that course.

Top 5 failed quiz questions

Top 5 Failed Quiz Questions shows the questions staff get wrong most often. Columns are:

  • Course Name
  • Question Number & Title
  • Course Assigned By
  • Course Updated
  • Failed Total Per Question

Use this list to see where extra coaching or a course update may be needed.

How this differs from Competency Reporting

  • Training is for assigned online courses, pass and fail rates, outstanding users, certificates, and quiz questions.
  • Verification of Competency is for competency inspection forms, the competency matrix, and competency issues.
