Adding a Contractor & they already exist??


You will see the error below when you try add a contractor that is already in the system.


Contractor contact email already in the System?

The system checks the contractor email address - if this is already in the system, a "Send Invitiation" button will appear at the bottom, you will notice that the "Add" button will be greyed out, and can't be selected.

The contractor will recieve an email stating that "your site" wants to add this contractor to "your site". If the contractor approves, you will see the contactor appear on your site.

Remember you can customise the Email that is sent to the contractor under "Email Templates"

The contractor does not need to re-enter their insurance/licence documents, this saves the contractor alot of time.
