🎓 Accessing and downloading your Certificate of Completion

Users can access their completed certificates for any Internal Competency Training course they’ve passed. This guide explains how to find your results, download certificates, and understand what you can see based on your role.

📁 Navigating to Course Results

  1. Go to Internal Competency Training in the left menu.

    From the sub-menu, select Course Results.

    • Your available sub-menu options may differ depending on your role.

This will open the Course Results table.

đŸ“„ Downloading Your Certificate of Completion

If you have passed the quiz, you will see a Download Certificate icon in your Course Results table.

  • Certificates are only available for completed/passed quizzes.
  • If you haven’t passed, the certificate will not appear.

đŸ‘€ Role-Based Access (Who Sees What)

Managers and Above

  • Can view all course results for users at their site.
  • Have access to individual quiz answers for each user.
  • Can see both passed and failed attempts for all staff they oversee.

All Other Roles

  • Can only see their own Course Results.
  • Cannot view other users’ quiz attempts or answers.

❌ Viewing Failed Attempts

In the Course Results table, you’ll see an option:

Failed Results: Yes / No

  • Setting this to Yes will display any failed quiz attempts.
  • This helps you track how many times you (or your team, if you’re a Manager) have attempted and failed a course.

⏱ Result Availability Timing

Quiz results may take up to 5 minutes to appear in the Course Results table.

In most cases, results show within under a minute.
