Training Results

There is an updated way of Mangers viewing training results, within "Internal Competency Training" you will see the Course Results table. You can see the latest course results of the users in this table.

Above you can see it displays the following

username
Course Name
Total Questions (amount of questions within the quiz)
Percentage (this is more useful when "Failed Results is "YES")
Time Spent (In the Quiz)
Status (Pass or Failed)
Date and Time of result
Action (Managers can view each answer given, using the "eye" button). Users can also download a certificate of completion.

You can still use the original Training Results CSV report if preferred.

Select "Training Results" from the "Management" Side Menu, to download the CSV report.

At this point you can select some options, by default it will include all active users, you can include disable accounts & contractors if you assign courses to contractors.
