Reviewing any Completed Form (Legacy)

If you used our original forms process before 2024, these have now been deprecated and replaced with the new ComplianceTrackr custom form builder.

You can still review any completed form from the legacy system the same way as before. You won't be able to submit any new forms from the previous system.

Reviewing any Completed form is very similar for all (Legacy) Forms types.

The Patron Completed Form Table

There are several action that are available from this view.

  • View/download any attached images.
  • Download a PDF of the Form.
  • View the Form.
  • Some Fields are editable but this is very limited to owners and manager roles.
  • Delete the Form, (delete is only avaiable for managers & above, or if you are the owner of the form).
