Custom Form Builder

  • View all forms available to your site
  • Access master forms you can copy into your profile
  • Create your own custom forms

Old Static Forms (Retiring August 2025)

These completed legacy forms will remain view-only after retirement. To complete new forms on the platform, users will need access to the ComplianceTrackr App.

Legacy Forms being retired include:

  • Patron Incident & Injury Forms
  • Staff Incident & Injury Forms
  • Security Incident Forms
  • Standard Hazard Form

Completed legacy forms can still be downloaded and reviewed at any time.

They will remain accessible in the portal for historical reference, reporting, and compliance requirements.

If your workplace uses ComplianceTrackr Temperature Monitoring Devices or Food Safety features, this section allows you to view:

  • Temperature data from loggers
  • Time/temperature logging task completion

Equipment Management

  • Add or remove equipment (asset register)
  • Manage temperature-monitored equipment connected to data loggers
