📋 Forms

Custom Form Builder

View all forms available to your site
Access master forms you can copy into your profile
Create your own custom forms

Old Static Forms (Retiring August 2025)

These completed legacy forms will remain view-only after retirement. To complete new forms on the platform, users will need access to the ComplianceTrackr App.

Legacy Forms being retired include:

Patron Incident & Injury Forms
Staff Incident & Injury Forms
Security Incident Forms
Standard Hazard Form

Completed legacy forms can still be downloaded and reviewed at any time.

They will remain accessible in the portal for historical reference, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Dashboards display:

At-a-glance summaries with deeper drill-down options

If your workplace uses ComplianceTrackr Temperature Monitoring Devices or Food Safety features, this section allows you to view:

Temperature data from loggers
Time/temperature logging task completion
Other sensor-related activity reports

Equipment Management

Add or remove equipment (asset register)
Manage temperature-monitored equipment connected to data loggers
Integrates with the upcoming Maintenance Management Module (currently in development)

Internal Competency Training

Track courses assigned to users, groups, or roles
Courses are assigned via the Support channel
Managers & Site Admins can review submitted answers
Management and users can download PDF certificates

Competencies

Create & assign competencies to specific users or groups
Add expiry dates
View competency matrix tables to track compliance

Online Training Modules

You can:

View training modules available for deployment
Send reminders to incomplete users
Review assessments and course completions
Download completion certificates (PDF)
Export training results to CSV
View outstanding course results
Download manual PDF certificates (for in-person training)

View authorised workers from contracted companies, including licences, competencies, and site access status.

View documents uploaded by vendors and suppliers.

Expired Documents

Displays all expired documents.

Disabled Documents

Displays deleted or disabled documents.

Customise your email template designs for a branded user experience.

Create workplace document categories and assign them to roles to restrict or manage access.

🚧 Contractor Sign Ins

QR Code Generator

Create QR codes for contractor sign-ins.

Authorised workers can scan the code to sign in at designated entry points, provided they appear on the Authorised Register.

Note: Contractors, Vendors, and Suppliers currently cannot log into the ComplianceTrackr App. This may change in the future.
