Introduction to Fixed Forms
The Original Compliance Forms.
Patron, Staff, Hazard and Security are the original fixed forms that are available in the compliance system, these are in the process of being replaced with the custom form builder that is currently under production (no release date yet).
- All users can answer forms (if your site is enabled for forms).
- Only Managers & Site Admins can see/print/pdf all completed forms.
- Users can print/save to pdf their own forms.
PATRON FORM
There are several options under the Patron Form, these are generally the same for the fixed forms.
- Injury Form (Start a New Patron Injury Form, the questions will be for a Injury).
- Incident Form (Start a New Patron Injury Form, the questions will be for an Incident).
- Completed Forms (will display your completed forms, managers & above can see all completed forms).
- Deleted Forms (will display your deleted forms, managers & above can see all deleted forms).
STAFF MEMBER FORM
There are several options under the Staff Member Form, these are generally the same for the fixed forms.
- Injury Form (Start a New Staff Member Injury Form, the questions will be for an Injury).
- Incident Form (Start a New Staff Member Injury Form, the questions will be for an Incident).
- Completed Forms (will display your completed forms, managers & above can see all completed forms).
- Deleted Forms (will display your deleted forms, managers & above can see all deleted forms).
SECURITY FORM
There are several options under the Security Form, these are generally the same for the fixed forms
- Incident Form (Start a New Incident Form, the questions will be taylored for an Security Incident).
- Completed Forms (will display your completed forms, managers & above can see all completed forms).
- Deleted Forms (will display your deleted forms, managers & above can see all deleted forms).
