Creating and Assigning Competencies
First step is to create the Competency that you will assign.
You enter a Title and Description of the Competency, you can upload a document if required.
After the Competency is created you then assign the Competency to a single user or several, if you assign to several they all will get the same competency, if different levels of competency need to be assign you will need to do seperate assignment to the users, groups or roles that have the same competency.
You are also able to assign expiry date to these competencies.
There is an additional upload file if you want to keep a copy of records attached to this.
You are also required to select the Competency that is achieved in the first down drop list.
5 (Exceptional)
4 (Highly Competent)
3 (Competent)
2 (Approaching Compence)
1 (Needs Development)
The competency will also display in the users account that it is assigned to, all users get a competency table, but only managers and above will see all assigned competencies.
