Contractor Invitation Log
The Contractor Invitation Log records every contractor invitation sent from ComplianceTrackr. Use it to confirm who was invited, which email address received the invitation, who sent it, when it was sent, and whether the contractor has accepted.
Where to find it
- Sign in to ComplianceTrackr.
- Open the Contractors page of the portal (the same place you send contractor invitations).
- Open Contractor Invitation Log.
The log lists invitations for your organisation. Newest activity appears at the top of the table.
What each column means
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Contractor | The contractor or supplier name recorded in ComplianceTrackr. |
| The email address the invitation was sent to. The same contractor can appear more than once if invitations were sent to different addresses. | |
| Sent By | The ComplianceTrackr user who sent the invitation. |
| Date / Time | When the invitation was sent, shown in your local date and time format (for example 28-08-2026 02:08 PM ). |
| Status | The current state of that invitation. See Invitation statuses below. |
| Action | Available follow-up actions for that row, if any (for example resend). If the column is empty, no further action is required on that invitation right now. |
Invitation statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent - Pending | The invitation email has been sent. The contractor has not yet accepted it. |
| Accepted | The contractor opened the invitation and completed acceptance. They can now continue onboarding in ComplianceTrackr. |
If you expected an invitation to be accepted and it is still Sent - Pending, check that the email address is correct and ask the contractor to look in their inbox and junk/spam folder.
Search, page size and navigation
- Search — type part of a contractor name, email address, sender name or status to filter the log.
- Show entries — choose how many rows to display at once (10, 20, 50, 100, 200, or All).
- Previous / Next — move between pages when there are more invitations than the current page size.
How to use the log
- Confirm an invitation was actually sent before chasing a contractor.
- See which staff member sent the invitation.
- Check whether a contractor accepted, or is still pending.
- Spot duplicate invitations (same contractor, different email addresses).
- Confirm the exact email address used, so you can correct it if the invitation went to the wrong contact.
Example
A typical log looks like this:
- ABC Contractors Pty Ltd invited at
jane@contractor.comby a staff user on 28-08-2026 — Accepted. - ABC Contractors Pty Ltd also invited at
accounts@contractor.comby another staff user on 04-08-2026 — Sent - Pending.
That means the same contractor can have more than one invitation on file. Always check both the contractor name and the email address before resending.
