The card shows the latest Temp 1 and Temp 2 readings in °C. If no reading is available, it shows No data available.

Equipment Type Variances

Labelled Statistics. Use Equipment Type to choose a type set up for the site, such as cold storage, hot storage, or dishwashers.

Select Details to open Sensor Variances Based on the Type. That table shows:

  • Sensor ID and equipment name
  • Lower warning count
  • Safe zone
  • Upper warning count
  • Total readings
  • Variation % based on 24 hours

If no type is chosen, the dropdown shows Please select Equipment Type. If nothing matches, the table shows No sensor data available.

Temperature tiles and 24-hour chart

Below the cards, equipment tiles can show the latest AM and PM temperatures. Use 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days on a tile to change the period.

Open a tile for Equipment Readings or Reading Details, including temperature and AM/PM timestamps.

The chart title is Last 24 Hour Temperature Data for the selected equipment. It can show Temperature 1 and Temperature 2. The vertical axis is temperature in degrees.

Food safety forms submitted

Scroll down to Food Safety Form Submitted. Typical columns are:

  • User completing form
  • Form ID, version, and form type
  • User form ID and form name
  • Time submission
  • Form schedule — daily, weekly, monthly, or none
  • Form in-progress
  • Reminder send count
  • Status and action

Turn on Show Only Inprogress Form? if you only want forms that are still in progress.

From this table you can open a completed form, send a reminder for an incomplete form, or open Reminder Activity logs. A reminder can be sent once per day.

If the table is empty, it shows No completed forms found.

Food safety issues

Issues raised on food safety forms are grouped by status:

  • Food Safety Issue Identification - Pending
  • Food Safety Issue Identification - In Progress
  • Food Safety Issue Identification - Closed
  • Food Safety Issue Identification - Open
  • Food Safety Issue Without Controls

Open an issue’s action details to see controls, the action taken, who took it, who closed the ticket, accept or reject notes, status, and times.

If a table says “No data available in table”, there are no issues in that status for the current filters.
