Large Payout form PEP Check Only
Requires ComplianceTrackr app version 1.2.7 or later.
We’ve added a new option when submitting a Large Payment / Payout Form.
You can now choose to run only a PEP & Sanctions check instead of the full DVS + PEP combination that was previously required.
This gives you more flexibility when a full Document Verification Service (DVS) check is not needed for that particular transaction.

When to use the PEP-only option
Use the Large Payout Form (PEP Only) when:
- You already have a recent verified identity on file for the customer, or
- A full DVS check is not required for the specific large payment scenario under your internal AML/CTF policy.
Important: Always follow your organisation’s AML/CTF program and risk-based approach. The PEP-only option does not replace the need for appropriate customer due diligence.
How to use the new option
- Make sure you are using ComplianceTrackr app version 1.2.7 or later.
- Open the Large Payout Form (PEP Only).
- Complete the payment and customer details.
- Submit the form.
The system will process only the PEP and Sanctions screening and return the result to the Identity Results menu. Please note you can only view the DVS and PEP results on the Desktop application.
Notes
- The PEP & Sanctions check still uses the same high-quality data sources as before.
- Results appear in the same place in ComplianceTrackr (customer record / AML screening history).
- If you later decide a full DVS check is required, you can still run a standalone DVS check from the customer’s profile or use the Large Payout Form (with on-line ID Check).
- Remember there is a form builder in ComplianceTrackr, so you can update your form to your requirements if required.
