📝 Follow-Up Notes available on Selected Forms
ComplianceTrackr now supports Follow-Up Notes on selected form types.
This feature allows you to add extra information after a form has already been submitted.

✅ What Are Follow-Up Notes?
Follow-Up Notes are useful when additional details become available after an incident or event has been recorded.
For example:
- You already completed the Incident Report
- The next day, you receive more information
- You can now add those updates directly via the app, linked to the original form submission.
📌 What You Can Add
When submitting a follow-up note, you can include:
- Multi-line text notes (for detailed updates)
- Up to 5 photo attachments
- You can't assign a task to a follow up note.
This helps keep all relevant information stored in one place, linked to the original form submission.
To view follow up notes that have been added, just view that completed form on the desktop, follow up notes will be displayed if attached.
