🧩 Using Tanda Teams with ComplianceTrackr

Tanda team support in ComplianceTrackr is flexible.

As of January 2026, Tanda teams can be used in two key areas within ComplianceTrackr:

1. Assigning Main Sites and Satellite Sites
2. Assigning ComplianceTrackr User Groups

🏢 Managing Sites (Main & Satellite)

Tanda teams can be used to control which users have access to Main Sites and Satellite Sites in ComplianceTrackr.

Example: Main Site Access

• You have a Tanda team called “All Staff”
• You assign this Tanda team to the Main ComplianceTrackr Site

This means everyone in the All Staff Tanda team will have access to that main site.

Example: Multiple Teams for a Main Site

In the example below, the site named “RSL” does not use a single Tanda team containing all users.

Instead:

• Multiple Tanda teams are assigned to the Main Site
• This ensures all staff are included, even though they are split across teams in Tanda

Example: Satellite Site Access

• There is a Satellite Site called “Kitchen”
• Only specific Tanda teams are assigned to this site

This limits access so that only kitchen staff can view and use the Kitchen satellite site in ComplianceTrackr.

👥 Managing User Groups (Training & Site Policies)

Tanda teams can also be linked to ComplianceTrackr User Groups.

User groups in ComplianceTrackr are used to:

• Assign training courses
• Assign site policies

Linking user groups to Tanda teams allows training and policies to be automatically applied based on team membership.

Example: Training & Policies via User Groups

• You have a Tanda team called “Gaming”
• You create a Gaming user group in ComplianceTrackr
• You link the Tanda team to that user group

When you assign:

• A training course, or
• A site policy

to the Gaming user group in ComplianceTrackr:

• Any staff member added to the Gaming team in Tanda will automatically receive:
  • The assigned training course(s)
  • The assigned site policy(s)

This applies to:

• Existing users
• New users added via Tanda in the future

⚠️ Important Notes (January 2026)

• ComplianceTrackr app access is currently all or nothing across sites

  If a user belongs to multiple Tanda teams linked to different sites:

  • They will have app access to all of those sites
• It is not currently possible to restrict app access to an individual site

👉 Site-level app access restrictions may be added in a future update.

• App access currently applies across all assigned sites, this is optional.
