Tanda updates not appearing in ComplianceTrackr

If you’ve recently enabled Tanda Support in ComplianceTrackr, but new users or user updates from Tanda are not appearing in ComplianceTrackr, the issue is usually caused by an incomplete Webhook setup inside Tanda.

Use the steps below to confirm everything is configured correctly.


✅ 1. Confirm the Webhook Is Created in Tanda

  1. Log in to your Tanda Admin account.
  2. Go to Settings → Webhooks.
  3. Check that a Webhook exists for ComplianceTrackr.
  4. Make sure the Webhook URL matches the one provided by ComplianceTrackr, you can get this link information from the Tanda setup page.

If the Webhook isn’t there, create a new one, ensure you add the events from step 2.

🎛 2. Check the Webhook Topics (Events) Are Enabled

ComplianceTrackr relies on specific Tanda events to stay up to date.

Your Webhook must include the following topics:

  • user.created
  • user.onboarding_complete
  • user.updated
  • user.deactivated
  • user.reactivated

To confirm this in Tanda:

  1. Open your Webhook configuration.
  2. Go to the Topics / Events section.
  3. Make sure all the topics above are selected.
  4. Save your changes.

If any topics are missing, user updates from Tanda will not sync to ComplianceTrackr correctly.
