Tanda Integration (Available in upcoming ComplianceTrackr v5.2.9 release)
Follow the steps below to prepare your ComplianceTrackr site to connect with your Tanda account.
This integration keeps your Tanda teams and user data synced and up to date — reducing admin load and keeping your user records consistent.
🔔 Subscription Check
Before you begin, please ensure your current ComplianceTrackr subscription includes Tanda Integration.
Important:
Tanda support is not yet available for sites using Training Manager or Training User licenses.
Support for these roles will be added in the coming months.
🔐 Admin Access Required
Only users with the Site Admin role in ComplianceTrackr can set up the Tanda integration.
If you don’t have this role, please contact:
- Your internal administrator, or
- Safety Mates Support: support@sm8a.com.au
🧰 Prepare Your ComplianceTrackr Site
Before activating the Tanda sync, ensure your ComplianceTrackr environment is correctly set up.
You must have:
🛰️ Satellite Sites
- All Satellite Sites created (e.g., Kitchen, Grounds, Maintenance). These represent additional locations under your main site.
👥 User Groups
- All required User Groups created in the Main Site.
Note: User Groups inside Satellite Sites are not supported yet.
Your Tanda Teams will map directly to these User Groups during integration.
🔄 How the Tanda Integration Works
Once enabled, the Tanda integration will significantly reduce administration time.
Here’s what happens automatically:
✔️ User Syncing
- Updating your Tanda user list, keeps ComplianceTrackr in sync.
- If you disable a user in Tanda, that user will also be disabled in ComplianceTrackr.
✔️ Adding Staff in Tanda
When creating or updating staff in Tanda, you will be able to:
- Assign them to additional sites (for multi-site setups).
- Assign Training courses
- Tanda Team ⇢ ComplianceTrackr User Group (Main Site)
- Control app permissions.
✔️ User Roles
- All synced users are added as the Employee role by default.
- You can manually update their role in the ComplianceTrackr Portal at any time.
- Role syncing enhancements are coming in future releases.
