Checking licence Information in ComplianceTrackr

Keeping staff, contractor, and supplier licence details up to date is essential — and we’ve made it easier than ever to check and validate licence information directly in ComplianceTrackr.

📋 Adding Licence Details

When you add a document into the Licence Table for any user — whether they’re a staff member, contractor, vendor, or supplier — you can now quickly access additional verification tools.

Common licence types include:

  • Driver’s Licence
  • Electrical Contractor
  • Air Conditioning
  • High-Risk Work Licence
  • Plumbing or Gasfitting Licence
  • Security Licence

🔗 Viewing or Editing a Licence

When you view or edit a licence record, you’ll notice new shortcut links have been added to help you check or validate licences more efficiently.

These links can be used to:

  • Verify licence numbers directly on the relevant authority or regulator’s website.
  • Cross-check expiry dates and licence status.
  • Ensure documentation matches the uploaded record.

  • Ensuring your records in ComplianceTrackr are always accurate and audit-ready.

🛠 Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues while checking or validating licences:

  • Links not opening? Try right-clicking the link and selecting “Open in new tab” or ensure your browser isn’t blocking pop-ups.
  • Incorrect or missing licence details? Check that the licence has been uploaded in the correct section and that the licence number matches the document.
  • Authority website unavailable? Some regulator portals may experience downtime — try again later or visit the authority’s homepage directly.
  • Still not working? Contact our support team at support@sm8a.com.au with the licence type and user name, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
