Manual Temperature Reads

If you are not using the automated temperature sensors, you can also take manual reads using the Master forms supplied within the ComplianceTrackr app, or create your own forms using the form builder.

To take a manual temperature read, you do require the following items setup first, (this only needs to be setup once) you can assign manual temp reads to either a food item or piece of equipment.

Food Item - Only required if you want to record against a food item.

Food Category - This tells the system the temperature range limits and other reporting options.

Equipment Type - This tells the system if it's a freezer or fridge for example (sets range limits).

Equipment Name - The manual read is assigned to the equipment.
