Assign Training Courses to users

Select "Course Assignment" to assign courses to users, please note only managers and above can assign Courses to Users, this menu item will be missing for all other roles.

When a course a been assigned to your site via the Support Channel, the managers and above will receive an email (if enabled, this notification is disabled by default per profile).

At this point the available course will now display in the Course Assignment page, example is above.

Courses can be assigned to users, groups or roles.

(Updated) - You can now multi-select when adding/removing Users/Groups or Roles, see below.

There is an activity log to keep track of who is added and removed from courses.

Please ensure that you keep your email templates up to date, there is an email template for Course assignement that you can customise.
