Managing Users Across Multiple Sites

Once you’ve added a user to your first (main) site, you can easily give them access to other sites within your group — all from their existing profile.


👤 Adding a User to Multiple Sites

  1. Open the user’s profile in ComplianceTrackr Desktop site.
  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. Locate the field labeled “Add / Change Site?”
  4. From here, you can move the user between sites or add them to multiple sites within your organisation.

📱 Editing App Access

If you need to manage a user’s mobile app login, you can create or modify their app credentials from the same profile.

  1. Click the grey button (as shown below).
  2. The “Create App Login Details” window will open.
  3. From here, you can issue, update, or reset the user’s app login credentials.

🛠 Troubleshooting

If you can’t see the “Add / Change Site?” field:

  • Check that you’re logged in with Site Admin or Manager permissions.
  • Ensure you’re editing a user that belongs to your organisation’s group.
  • Refresh your browser or clear cache if the page layout appears outdated.

If users aren’t appearing in the new site:

  • Verify the sync is complete and the user is enabled in both the main and secondary sites.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team.
