If you are adding users and you see the error "Email Address already Exists", this means that user is already in our system, their account could be enabled or disabled.

Please get this user to email support@sm8a.com.au to confirm details.


Due to Privacy Concerns, support cannot add this user to your site if their account is currently enabled. The user in question will need to email support with their request.
