🔐 Forgot or Lost Your ComplianceTrackr App Password?

If you’ve forgotten your ComplianceTrackr App password, you can reset it directly from the app login screen. This reset applies only to the mobile app, not the desktop portal.

📱 How to Reset Your App Password

1. Open the ComplianceTrackr App.
2. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.

3. Enter the email address linked to your account.

   A verification code will be emailed to you.

   • ✔️ Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t see it.
4. Enter the verification code in the app.
5. Create a new password and confirm it.
6. Log in using your newly created password.

🔎 Note: Resetting your app password does not change your desktop portal password. These are managed separately.
