My Scheduled Form is not showing in App?

Do you have a form that is not showing in the App?


  • Is the Form Scheduled?

If the form is scheduled, it WILL NOT appear in the "New Forms" section. Go to Scheduled Forms to see what is scheduled.

  • Double check the Form Schedule in the Form Builder.

Please confirm the schedule of the form in the Form Builder.

  • Have you created a schedule form and not entered the daily, weekly or monthly details correctly?

Double check that the schedule has been entered correctly.

  • Did you make the Form for a different site/location?

Forms generally won't come across from a different location, you may need to make the form in the correct site.
