Updating account email address

Did you just create an account and use an incorrect email address? In this case the welcome email will be sent to an incorrect email address. To fix this, there is a 2-step process to ensure the new user recieves the original welcome email.

If you're a manager or above and you update a user profile email address thinking that will fix this, there is another step to complete so the user will receive the original welcome email. The 2-step process is below.


  • Update the profile email address to the correct email address and save the update.
  • Resend the original welcome email (after updating the profile).

To resend the welcome email the process is below, view the profile dashcard. In the example below I am viewing all employees. Select the Green "Send E-Mails" button.

An additional window will appear, select "Re-send Welcome" email.

The original welcome email will be sent to the updated email address.
