If you are having issues with your ETI Bluetooth Devices, please use the utilities below to check your firmware versions, you may have also been directed to this page while using our app if your device may require an update.

At the moment these devices can only be updates via Android, the updater utility is not avaiable on iOS, please contact support if you are still having issues after the update. support@sm8a.com.au
