Creating a Chemical Register PDF

You now have the ability to Print to PDF, a Chemical Register for your site, that will be revision dated when it is created (details in the PDF footer).

To create a Chemical Register, visit the "SDS" Subcategory with Workplace Documents, you will see a button "Generate Chemical Register PDF". The PDF will be downloaded within a few seconds.

There are several items that are required for the PDF register to work correctly.

  • Pictograms need to be assigned correctly.
  • Location
  • Supplier
  • Substance
  • Update to Date SDS Document

By default, you are limited to 2 Chemical Register generations per week, (this can be adjusted, if required).

The Register PDF is created in Landscape Mode, for easier viewing after printing.
